At CAMI NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of your order's delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all CAMI NYC hangtags are secure and the return slip is included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
